The Kailas Alpine Thermal Baselayer is made of SOFTTHERMO® and it's ideal for cold temperature. SOFTTHERMO® is a polyester that is blended with VILOFT® and super-fine anti-pilling acrylic. VILOFT® fabric is a sustainable viscose fibre engineered to give a maximum level of comfort. 100% made in Germany, it's the only flat viscose fibre in the world. The unique shape of the fibres increases the fibre surface by more than 50% and give additional softness. VILOFT® yarns consist of 70% of air. It feels light and its very breathable. It also quickly absorbs moisture from the skin and gives a comfortable dry feeling.
