Return Policy 

Notice if you made a purchase with PayPal you have the right to claim 12 worldwide free returns per year. You must activate the service before claiming a free return. Please visit for more details.

If you can not use the PayPal free return shipping service, the shipping costs for your return are your responsibility.

We offer a 30-day return policy (please read the exclusion for climbing gear) on most of our stock as long as the item is in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
The item must have its original tags and boxes/packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. The item must be new.

Please note: when returning an item to us we recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ service and have suitable insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. 

If you ask for goods to be left somewhere unsecured, such as a garage or shed we cannot accept any liability for the goods and on request, you transfer the liability to yourselves. 

Climbing gear:
Due to the dangerous nature of climbing there is no return for climbing gear. It's for the safety of every user. Most stores refuse a return for climbing gear and the few that accept the return destroy the product. We can't afford to destroy gear or take any chance to resale it to another user. Buyer is responsible to buy the right size, the right color and the gear compatible with what he needed. What is a climbing product? This is any product with a certification or rating or load strength. Example: harness, slings, ropes, helmets, camming devices, nuts, carabiners, quickdraws, belay devices, pulleys, bolts, aid gear, etc.

If for some reason you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. You can then return the item by the cheapest signed method
 for us to inspect before sending you a replacement or alternative item. We will refund you the cost of your postage once we receive the item. If you wish to speed up the process, it may be possible to send out your replacement before receiving the faulty item back if sufficient photographic evidence of the fault or damage is provided. 

If you wish to exchange an item for another size/type, the delivery of the new items will be free. There is a charge of 8.99$ for every subsequent exchange. This covers the cost of packaging, post and restocking and exchanges are only possible up to 30 days after purchase.  

At Verti Call we do our best to recycle all that we can, this means we try to re-use packagings such as boxes and padded envelopes where ever possible. Also, all of our protective packagings is recycled too. In the interests of the environment we would like to encourage our customer to do the same, please try and re-use whatever you can, think before you bin!
